1. This website, its Terms and Conditions and all contracts placed are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Anybody who accesses the website from outside the UK is responsible for compliance with their local laws and tax regulations.

3. By clicking on the “Try Now” button to submit your request on the Checkout Screen, you are offering to purchase goods at the stated price, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
    

4. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling . 
    

5. No charges will be made for a "Trial Version" of the browndog website until the end of the trial period. 
   Charging will commence automatically at the end of the trial period unless you have cancelled the service prior to the expiry of any trial.
    

6. By continuing to use you browndog website, you are agreeing to be charged each month, on the anniversary of the expiration of the trial period.  Such charges will continue monthly until you cancel your service with browndog.biz
    

7. Delivery of all goods will be done electronically within 24hrs of an order or trial version request being made.
    

8. By paying a monthly subscription, you are renting the facility to display a website, the actual website code always remains the property of browndog.biz limited and may not be copied, de-compiled, transferred or installed on any equipment or electronic storage system without the prior written agreement of browndog.biz ltd
    

9. No refunds can be given for part months usage.
    

10. If you have paid annually in advance and decide to stop service part way through the year, a pro-rata refund will be calculated based on the non-discounted rate.
     

11. You are solely responsible for conforming to the UK Laws with regard to image content and we reserve the right to remove content that is brought to our attention that we feel is inappropriate, indecent or unacceptable without giving reason as to why we have made this decision.
     

12. A binding Contract is formed only when you receive confirmation from us that your Order has been accepted.
     

13. Credit card payments are handled through a secure, 128Bit encrypted gateway. All payment details will be kept secure and will not be revealed to any third party, except as may be necessary in order for us to receive payment in accordance with your instructions.
     

14. Any details that you enter into our website may be stored by us, for the sole purpose of processing your order.  These details will remain confidential and will NEVER be issued to any third parties.
     

15. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order without giving any reason for our decision. Anybody placing an order for goods from this website must be aged over 18.
     

16. We do not accept any liability for loss incurred as a result of any order placed or from continued use of a browndog website.  We further do not guarantee that your website will be available 100% of the time but will do all in our powers to prevent downtime.
     

17. Whilst we perform regular system backups, you should not rely on browndog.biz to create a backup of your individual pieces of work and should deploy your own prudent measures for backing up your images.
     

18. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be regarded as having been removed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
     

19. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time at our sole discretion without notice.
